It works for me because most of the due dates are fixed and I just have to mark all those dates in my calender. My old mail gets to be mixed up with the new ones, and now I have allocated two areas where the old and the new should be placed. But I do agree that having an organized place can save you a lot of head ache and a lot of time in the long run. I can't seem to find my the bills I need to pay and sometimes end up forgetting to pay them. Then I end up having to pay late fees. Arg.
