I used to pay late dues too but I have managed to deal with it by marking all the days in my calendar with my obligations for the month. It works for me because most of the due dates are fixed and I just have to mark all those dates in my calender. My old mail gets to be mixed up with the new ones, and now I have allocated two areas where the old and the new should be placed. It really takes some getting used to in the beginning but it worked for me. Hope this helps! Good luck!

I feel that when I start cleaning one room, and move on to the next room the next day, the clean becomes messy again. But I do agree that having an organized place can save you a lot of head ache and a lot of time in the long run. I can't seem to find my the bills I need to pay and sometimes end up forgetting to pay them. Then I end up having to pay late fees. Arg.
